Kentucky does not have a standing reciprocity agreement with any states for this license but will consider individuals that have passed the Ohio Business and Law Exam.
Kentucky does not require continuing education for the Business Law exam

The testing company is ICC. It is an open-book, timed test with 30 questions and a 1.5 –hour time limit. A specific grade will not be given on the exam, only a pass or fail statement.

Exam topics include: Business Structure Practices and Licensing, Estimating and Bidding, Contracts and Acceptance, Project Management and Planning, Financing and Record Keeping, Insurance and Bonding, Labor Law and Personnel Policies ,Tax, Lien Law, and Dispute Resolution, Safety and OSHA Compliance
